What a fantastic spot for a romantic getaway! The design is super stylish, inspired by the nearby volcano, and the decorations really capture the local culture. Plus, the location is perfect for nightlife adventures. I loved their buffet breakfast, especially the excellent coffee. The cozy beds made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing.
Not everything was smooth sailing. Some staff members lacked professionalism, especially the general manager, which put a damper on our experience. be cautious about hidden fees for amenities like the fitness center; that caught me off guard. Just a little more attention to customer service would make this place really good!

Its location is great short walk to shopping areas and the centre and the bakery. There's Restaurante Porton Veinte located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel, recommend to try food there.

I had a great Christmas stay! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby nightlife, and the rooms are stunning and super comfy! Bonus: the buffet breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee-what a way to start the day! The stylish interior really added a lovely vibe to my holiday experience.
There were a few hiccups. The security staff's strange rules and the lack of free parking left me scratching my head. the front desk was not very responsive to my requests which was a bit disappointing. a mixed bag, but I still enjoyed my stay!

I recently stayed at V1501 for a weekend getaway, and I was impressed by the experience. The stunning decor, inspired by the nearby Galeras Volcano, creates a unique atmosphere. I loved the vibrant murals showcasing local culture and the cozy yet spacious rooms. The extensive menu highlighted regional cuisine, and the encocado soup was a standout dish. The amenities were well-maintained, and the enormous bed made for a restful night’s sleep.
I totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms might be decent, but my expectations for a free parking were dashed, just another overlooked detail. And let's not ignore that towel with an odor that was definitely not hotel-worthy. I was thinking of leaving a nice review, but then i asked for a simple welcome gift and was met with silence.

The hotel features well-constructed rooms with a nice ambiance that enhances the overall stay.
The towel had a strong, unpleasant odor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Amenities like the fitness center and sauna also require additional fees per guest, which isn't mentioned upfront, and that felt misleading. Lastly, the management's approach to addressing concerns was quite unprofessional.
